- Report to work on time and in complete uniform
- Execute job assignment given by Maitre’d to prepare for function
- Serving and bussing of all food courses at assigned station during cocktail hour and in main ballroom
- Beverage service (As assigned by Captain or Head Server)
- Execute job assignment given by Maitre’d during Venetian hour
- Direct communication with their assigned guests to assure they are comfortable and have a positive experience
- Complete end of night job assignments
- High energy level in a fast-pace environment and be capable to multitask
- Must attain a positive attitude, and follow directions well, work well in a team to provide an absolute positive experience for the guest.

- Cut, clean and prep any vegetables needed for kitchen
- Prep ingredients needed for cocktail hour dishes
- Cook cocktail hour items as needed
- Prep and cook pasta sauces
- Cook and serve pasta accordingly
- Mix and serve salad courses
- Ready items for dinner service
- Work line for dinner service
- Prep and cook items at fryer station
- Cook for staff meal
- Prep hot and cold brunch items
- Reports to kitchen manager and head chef

- Sort and organize all garbage and cardboard in garbage room
